UNTUCKit will accept returns and exchanges for orders dated Oct. 16, 2023 to Dec. 24, 2023 at any time through Jan. 24, 2024. After that, our 30 day policy will resume.

  • Please note that due to current supply chain issues, refunds may be delayed. You should expect to see refunds within 10–12 business days of receipt.
  • Merchandise must not be worn, altered, or washed.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment, e-credit, or gift card.

  2. Choose the item(s) you want to return and click "continue."
  3. Print out the return label, pack it up, and ship it.

There’s a 30-day window to request an immediate exchange once you receive your item. You can exchange the same style for a different size by visiting our returns page—or you can choose to exchange for something completely different and purchase a new item using your E-CREDit (a voucher equalling the total amount paid for the item(s) you're exchanging).

Please include the original packing slip in your return so we can identify your shipment.

How long will it take to process my return?

Arranging a Parcel Pick up (only available if you have access to a printer):

  1. Download and Print your Evri return label through our returns process at https://untuckit.co.uk/apps/returns
  2. Attach your return label to your parcel following the instructions outlined on your label
  3. Head to https://www.evri.com/return-a-parcel
  4. Follow the steps to arrange a pick up (please note you will only be able to arrange a pick up if you have access to a printer)
Dropping off your parcel at a service point if you have access to a printer:
  1. Download and Print your Evri return label through our returns process at https://untuckit.co.uk/apps/returns
  2. Attach your return label to your parcel following the instructions outlined on your label
  3. Head to a 'ParcelShop' to drop off your parcel (https://www.evri.com/return-a-parcel) to drop off your parcel
Dropping off your parcel at a service point if you DO NOT have access to a printer:
  1. Process your return through our returns process at https://untuckit.co.uk/apps/returns
  2. Head to https://www.evri.com/return-a-parcel
  3. Follow the steps to be issued with a QR code and a unique character code
  4. Head to a 'ParcelShop' (https://www.evri.com/find-a-parcelshop)
  5. Scan your QR code or enter your unique character code to print your label at a 'ParcelShop' location

How do I return my store order?

If your order number starts with "UN," this means it was a store transaction.

To return or exchange your store purchase, you can live chat with a store associate or call your closest store. Have your order number ready or simply provide the email address associated with the order.

The store associate will organize for a pre-paid envelope to be sent out to you. Just pop your items in the pre-paid envelope and pop them into your closest post Box. Your refund will happen once the item has been received at the store. You can also visit any store to assist with your return or exchange.

How do I return my online order?

Online orders can be processed online by visiting https://untuckit.co.uk/apps/returns You can also return your online order at any of our UK stores. Find your nearest store at untuckit.co.uk/stores.

How do I know if it’s an online order or store order?

If your order starts with “UN”, this means it was a store transaction. If your order only contains numbers, this means it was a web online order. UK and CA web orders will start with those prefixes.

When should I start the return process?

There’s a 30-day window to request the return or exchange once you receive your item. Upon processing a return, an E-credit will be generated, giving you the option to exchange for a new style or size.

Please note that E-credits are only redeemable online.

What if my web order exchange arrives at the warehouse before my e-credit has been used?

The e-credit will remain active until the warehouse receives your return, at which time the code will be deactivated and you will receive a full refund back to your original form of payment.

What if my exchange order costs less than my e-credit?

You will receive a refund of the difference to the original form of payment provided.

What if my exchange order costs more than my e-credit?

You will be required to enter your credit card information for the remaining balance.

How will I receive my e-credit?

The e-credit will be emailed to the same email that’s on the return label. It is a unique alphanumeric code.

Does my e-credit ever expire?

Yes. Once the return is delivered to our distribution center, the e-credit will be disabled, if left unused.

If I lose my e-credit, how can I get it back?

Once the e-credit has been disabled, the return will process. Once processed, the customer will be refunded back to the original form of payment.

What if my exchange order costs less than my E-credit?

You will receive a refund of the difference to the original form of payment provided.

What if my exchange order costs more than my E-CREDit?

You will be required to enter your credit card information for the balance.

Return Parcel Pick-Up:

After printing a DHL label through our returns process at https://untuckit.co.uk/apps/returns please call +44(0)844 248 0844 or visit https://mydhl.express.dhl/gb/en/home.html#/getQuoteTab.

Please choose option ‘Schedule a Pickup’ and enter your 10 digit waybill number from your label when prompted. You can find this number under the barcode of your printed returns label that appears as “WAYBILL XX XXXX XXXX”. Review your details and select a convenient date and time for collection.

For UK drop-off go to: https://locator.dhl.com/ to find the nearest DHL drop-off location.

How can I return a gift?

Please visit https://untuckit.co.uk/apps/returns. Below the field where you are asked to enter your email address, click “Returning a Gift?”. Follow the instructions to process your return.

How do I exchange for different styles?

For online orders: If you’d like to exchange for a completely different style, you can use your e-credit, which is a voucher equaling the total amount of the item(s) you’re exchanging, to purchase any new item(s). Once you complete the online form, you’ll receive your e-credit. However, once your item reaches our warehouse, your e-credit will be void and we’ll refund your original form of payment. For store orders: Visit us in store, or call or live chat with your nearest store associate, who can assist you with your exchange.

Can I return items from more than one order?

Yes, you can return items from more than one order in the same box! Please follow the instructions below:

Put all items into one box along with their corresponding packing invoices. If you no longer have your original invoice, please include the shipment or order number for each order you’re returning. You can find your shipment and order numbers by signing in to your account at https://untuckit.co.uk/apps/returns.

Otherwise, feel free to return/exchange your item(s) at one of our store locations if you would like to avoid shipping your purchase to our warehouse.

Why was I issued an e-credit and not a refund?

An e-credit is issued when a web order is returned through untuckit.co.uk. The e-credit gives the customer a chance to place a new order right away, without having to wait for a refund.

How do I use my e-credit on a future purchase?

Just copy the e-credit code right in the "Gift card and discount" box at checkout. Click apply and the e-credit will apply to the order. You can also use your e-credit at our stores.

Can I do a curbside return/exchange from a store?

We’re happy to accommodate during store hours, in select stores, if staffing allows. Contact your local store to discuss and coordinate at untuckit.co.uk/stores.

Can I return or exchange a product I purchased in Canada or the US?

Returns or exchanges can only take place in the country of origin. If you purchased in the US, those products can only be returned or exchanged in a US store or on untuckit.com. If you purchased in Canada, those products can only be returned/exchanged in a Canada store or at untuckit.ca. If you purchased in the UK, those products can only be returned/exchanged in a UK store or at untuckit.co.uk.
